Get to Know PJC Composites

PJC Composites Co., Ltd. has been in the high-tech composite products business since 2007, producing composite gas cylinders for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for household use in 11 kg cylinders for gas suppliers such as PTT Public Company Limited and Siam Gas and Petrochemical Public Company Limited. These composite cylinders are replacements for steel cylinders, which are heavier and prone to rust. Over 125,000 composite gas cylinders have been produced and delivered for use in three southern border provinces. Currently, there are plans to sell in foreign markets and other provinces in Thailand. In 2017, the company introduced new European technology to produce fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) for non-prestressed concrete structures, known as GFRP REBAR, as a substitute for deformed steel bars with better and more cost-effective properties than current steel.

Standards

We have utilized the knowledge or “Know-How” of production processes obtained from abroad to produce high-quality products. We have adapted and manufactured GFRP Rebar to suit the environmental conditions in Thailand. The aim is to create a new product that can effectively replace the existing products, focusing on making the new product as environmentally friendly as possible compared to the old products, while maintaining high performance and efficient use of production resources. This aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 12 (Responsible consumption and production). Additionally, the company is striving to register GFRP product standards to increase interest and confidence among target business customers in choosing our products.
